Item No. 8 (a) on Ordinance(s) - First Reading. (TO2349) An Ordinance of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, amending, the Future Land Use Element, Infrastructure Element, Conservation Element,
Intergovernmental Coordination Element, and Capital Improvements Element of the City of Tamarac's
Comprehensive Plan consistent with the South Florida Water Management District Water Supply
Facilities work plan for the City of Tamarac; authorizing transmittal of the 2016 Ten Year Water
Supply Facilities work plan and Comprehensive Plan Amendments to the Department of Economic
Opportunity and other agencies as required by Florida Statutes 163.3184(3) providing for inclusion in
the Comprehensive Plan; providing for conflict; providing for severability; and, providing for an

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and authorizing the transmittal of the recommendations in a
triennial report attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation in
accordance with Section 492.9076 (4) Florida Statutes; providing for conflicts; providing for

4, TR12852 - Colony West - Fourth Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement
Item No. 6 (h) on the Consent Agenda. (TR12852) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, authorizing and directing the appropriate City officials to execute that certain
Fourth Amendment to contract for Sale and Purchase, attached hereto as Exhibit "1", by and between
the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation and AD1 Tamarac Hotels, LLC, a Florida Limited
Liability Company for the sale of a 2.24 (+/-) acre parcel of real property located on the east side of
Pine Island Road, south of West McNab Road, known as a portion of Tract A, Colony West
Clubhouse Plat, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat book 71, Page 18 of the public
records of Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and incorporated herein; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective

Tamarac, Florida approving the Program for Public Information which is part of the National Flood
Insurance Program Community Rating System; providing for conflicts; providing for severability and
