T02322 - General Employees' Pension Plan Amendments Item No. 8 (a) on Ordinances - First Reading. (T02322) Motion to adopt an Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida on first reading; amending Chapter 16, Pension and Retirement, Article III, Employees' Pension Plan, providing for compliance with the Internal Revenue Code; providing for a savings clause; providing for severability; providing for codification and providing for an effective date. - Human Resources Director Maria Swanson 3, TR12645 - Appointing Five Members to the Charter Board Item No. 6 (d) on the Consent Agenda. (TR12645) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, appointing five members to the Charter Board; four members appointed by the Commissioner from each district and one member appointed at -large, to serve for one year, with new appointments to be made in six years; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. - City Clerk Patricia Teufel The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
