Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 15-16B to and approving an Agreement with Ray Qualmann
Marine Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Veteran's Park Boat Dock Installation Project in
accordance with Bid No. 15-16B for a contract amount of $214,340.00; a contingency in an amount of
$21,434.00 will be added to the project account, for a total project budget of $235,774.00; authorizing
an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and

Tamarac to approve the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with American
Traffic Solutions, Inc. ("ATS"); authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the Third
Amendment; providing for conflicts; providing for severability and providing for an effective date. -

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
