Item No. 6 (b) on the Consent Agenda. (TR12556) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida authorizing the appropriate City Officials to approve a refund in the amount of four
thousand four hundred sixteen dollars and thirty six cents ($4,416.36) which was paid on Commercial
Alteration Permit Number 14-253; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for
an effective date. - Chief Building Official/Director Claudio Grande

Item No. 8 (a) on Ordinances First Reading. (T02310) Motion to adopt an Ordinance of the City
Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, on first reading amending ordinance 2014-05, which
amended the City of Tamarac Operating Budget, Revenues and Expenditures, the Capital Budget,
and the Financial Policies for the Fiscal Year 2014, by increasing the total revenues and expenditures
by a total of $3,317,945 as detailed in Exhibit A attached hereto; providing for conflicts; providing for
severability; providing for an effective date.- Financial Services Director Mark Mason

Discussion Regarding Cancellation of the November 24, 2014 Commission Workshop, the November
26, 2014 Regular Commission Meeting, the December 22, 2014 Commission Workshop and the
December 23, 2014 Regular Commission Meeting - City Clerk Patricia Teufel
The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City
Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
