2. Item No. 6 (c) on the Consent Agenda. 2012 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE
GRANT (JAG) (TR12249) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving
the memorandum of understanding between the City of Tamarac and the Broward Sheriff's Office for the
2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG); authorizing the appropriate City officials to
execute the memorandum of understanding; authorizing the Broward Sheriff's Office to continue to serve
as the lead Agency providing for the Administration of the 2012 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance
Grant (JAG); providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - BSO

The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.

Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
