CALL TO ORDER: 10:00 a.m. ROLL CALL: PRESENTATION OF THE COLORS: Presentation of the colors — Piper High School Color Guard PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Beth Flansbaum-Talabisco NATIONAL ANTHEM: Chanya 1. MOTION TO APPROVE Temporary Resolution #11730, declaring the results of the November 3, 2009 General Election for City Commission District 2 and 4 and Prospect Field Road Annexation. 2. OATH OF OFFICE administered by City Manager Jeffrey L. Miller to Patricia Atkins - Grad, City Commission member District 2, and presentation of Certificate of Election. 3. OATH OF OFFICE administered by City Manager Jeffrey L. Miller to, Harry Dressler, City Commission member District 4, and presentation of Certificate of Election. 4. ADJOURNMENT: Refreshments will be served in the Atrium immediately following the ceremony. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
