Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting.
Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30)
minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City
Clerk prior to their participation.
When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-
judicial hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF TIME ALLOCATIONS -MOTIONS TO TABLE
The Chair at this time will announce those items that have been given a specific time to be heard, and will
entertain motions from the Commission members to table those items that require research. The
Commission may agendize by majority consent matters of an urgent nature which have come to the
Commission's attention after publication.

C. TR11706 - APPOINTMENT OF FLOYD BASS AS LEGISTAIVE AIDE TO COMMISSIONER
PAMELA BUSHNELL
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida appointing Floyd Bass as
Legislative Aide to Commissioner Pamela Bushnell; providing for conflicts; providing for
severability; and providing for an effective date.
d. TR11698 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROWARD COUNTY AND CITY OF
TAMARAC NATURESCAPE IRRIGATION SERVICE
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the
appropriate City Officials to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Tamarac and
Broward County to provide cost share support of a NatureScape Irrigation Service to be
operated by Broward County with the City of Tamarac water utility service areas and authorize
Broward County to conduct specific technical activities required as part of landscape and
irrigation system evaluations to be performed by Broward County Environmental Protection
Department; providing for the City's cost share support of the NatureScape Irrigation Service;
providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
e. TR11699 ST. MALACHY CATHOLIC CHURCH
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the
appropriate City officials to grant a Waiver of Fees in the amount of $1,558.90 and extend the
hours of operation to 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009, and to 11:00 p.m. on Friday,
November 6, 2009, and Saturday, November 7, 2009, and approve the sale of alcoholic
beverages for the Saint Malachy Catholic Church Carnival, located at the Northeast corner of
NW 61st Street and University Drive, during the operation of the Saint Malachy Catholic
Church Annual Carnival beginning Thursday, November 5, 2009 and ending Sunday,
November 8, 2009; Case No. 25-MI-09; providing for conditions of approval; providing for
conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission
meeting.
