NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission at 9:00 a.m. on Monday,
October 15, 2007, in Conference Room 105 at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88
Avenue, Tamarac, FL.
The purpose of this meeting is for the Mayor and City Commission to authorize a Shade
Session for Tuesday, October 16, 2007, for discussion of the following lawsuits:
B. Commercial, Inc., a Florida corporation, Tamarac Main Street land, LLC, a Florida
limited liability company, Wen -North Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation, M&M South
Properties, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Active Senior Living Residence,
Inc., a Florida corporation, and Sultan Family Ltd. Partnership, a Florida limited
partnership v. City of Tamarac, Florida, a municipality of the State of Florida
Case No. 0725250 02
and
Cinnamon Tree Plaza, Inc., a Florida corporation v. City of Tamarac, Florida, a
municipal corporation of the State of Florida
Case No. 07025413 04

1. Request for authorization of Shade Session to be held on Tuesday, October 16,
2007, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in Room 105, Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue,
Tamarac, FL to discuss the following lawsuits:
B. Commercial, Inc., a Florida corporation, et al., v. City of Tamarac, Florida, a
municipality of the State of Florida, (Case No. 0725250 02), and Cinnamon Tree Plaza,
Inc., a Florida corporation v. City of Tamarac, Florida, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, (Case No. 07025413 04).

In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the
public at the City Commission meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any
decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such

made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is
