FIREWORKS MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC.: (TR10911) Executing an
amendment to the agreement between the City of Tamarac and Zambelli
Internationale Fireworks Manufacturing Company, Inc., exercising the option to
renew for the 2006 fireworks at a cost of $25,000,00, — Parks and Recreation

b. Item No. 6(c). AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SATELLITE CITY
HALL: (TR10914) Exercising the first amendment to the existing lease
agreement between the City of Tamarac and Ramco-Gershenson Properties,
L.P., for Satellite City Hall at Sunshine Plaza in Tamarac, Florida for an additional
three-year period. — Financial Services Director Steven Chapman
c. Item No. 6(d). PURCHASING TOW VEHICLE: (TR10917) Purchasing a Mutual
Aid Radio Communications (MARC) tow vehicle and related equipment for the
MARC trailer awarded to the City of Tamarac through Reso R-2005-101, at an
amount not to exceed $36,000. — Chief Jim Budzinski

3. PRESENTATION BY CITY ATTORNEY GOREN RE: RULES FOR
CONSIDERATION OF ITEMS: Presentation by City Attorney Goren regarding
rules for consideration of items. -- City Attorney Samuel S. Goren
The City Commission may consider such other business as may come before it. All
meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised
copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
