SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20, 2005
There will be a Special City Commission meeting on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., in Conference
Room 105, Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
The purpose of this meeting is as follows:

INTERVIEWS OF PROSPECTIVE FIRMS TO SERVE AS CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF
TAMARAC ON AN INTERIM BASIS.
2. MOTION TO ADOPT Temporary Resolution 10697, a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, appointing to serve as City Attorney for the City of Tamarac
on an interim basis; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
TABLED AT THE APRIL 19, 2005 SPECIAL MEETING TO THE SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 20,
2005 AT OR AFTER 4:00 P.M.
The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. In the event this
agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City
Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is based.
