SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council on
Tuesday, March 6, 1990, at 10:00 A.M., in Conference Room #1
of City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
The purpose of the meeting is discussion and possible action
concerning Public Works and other related matters.
1. MOTION TO APPROVE Temp. Reso. #5723 accepting the grant
of a Quit -Claim Deed and Reservation for Land Section 7
canal property- and authorizing the appropriate City
officials to execute said conveyance for recording in
the public records of Broward County, Florida.
FINAL ACTION: RESOLUTION NO. R-90-70 PASSED.
APPROVED.
2, AUTHORIZED Construction Management, Inc., to proceed
with the purchase of fill for Land Section 7 from Lennar
Homes, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00,
which would consist of 43,500 yards at $3.35 per yard.
FINAL ACTION:
APPROVED.
The City Council may consider and act upon such other
business as may come before it.
All meetings are open to the public.
