HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-07-05 - City Commission Special Meeting Agenda©` -rq �` `ID c G Box 2501C' 'TAMAFAC PLORIDA 3332C NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA There will be a Spacial Meeting of the City Council on Thursday, July 5, 1990 at 9:30 A.M. in Conference Room #1, Tamarac City Hall, 7525 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321. The purpose of this meeting is as follows: 1. regarding sidewalks. FINAL 1. ACTION: DISCUSSED and DIRECTED the City Attorney to investigate whether the City was able to install sidewalks on undeveloped properties and charge the owner/developer of the property for the costs when development on the property began. 2. DIRECTED staff to investigate whether anything could be done regarding the Stipulations ruled by Judge Weissing for Sections 4, 5 and 6. 3. DIRECTED the Engineering/Utilities Department to review the sidewalk plans and indicate the major and dangerous areas in the City. 4. DIRECTED the Director of Engineering/Utilities to provide an additional map indicating the areas that were not presently developed and PROVIDE cost estimates for single - side sidewalks and sidewalks for both sides of the areas. 2, regarding Accelator - public utilities proposal. FINAL ACTION: DISCUSSED and REQUESTED the costs be provided before this Item was considered to be placed on the September 4, 1990 ballot. DIRECTED staff to provide the following: 1.
