ANNOUNCEMENT of percentage increase in proposed millage rate over the rolled -back rate necessary to fund the Budget for Fiscal Year 1990/91 and the specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. FINAL ACTION: ANNOUNCEMENT was made of year's budget. an increase of 13.93% over last 2. PUBLIC HEARING on the final millage rate for Fiscal Year 1990/91.- F_TNAL ACTION: _._ The final millage rate is 4.5818 and the public hearing was held._� 3. PUBLIC HEARING on 1996 91. the final Budget for Fiscal Year FINAL ACTION_: -�-- Public Hearing was held. Council reduced by 50% the amount of money allocated for new streetlights for a total of $25,000. They also reduced the City Attorney's budget by $7,500 allocated for Deferred Compensation and $3,600 which was allocated for a car allowance. This was a grand total reduction of $36,100 in the budget for a total of $37,069,580 with a millage rate of 4.5818. 4. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. # 5882 adopting a final millage rate for Fiscal Year 1990/91.. FINAL _ACTION: RESOLUTION R-90-209 PASSED. APPROVED adopting a final millage rate of 4.5818 and 0.6215 for Debt Service for FY 1990/91. 5. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. # 5883 adopting a final Budget for Fiscal rYear 1990/91. - FINAL ACTION: RESOLUTION R-90-210 PASSED. APPROVED adopting a final budget of $16,580,640 for the General Fund and $37,069,580 for all funds for FY 1990/91. All meetings are open to the public.
