Ruf & Carsky, Inc., as the City's attorneys.

3. authorizing the appropriate
City officials to execute an Agreement with Susan Tillman
pertaining to consultant services in the area of risk management,
asset protection, safety, insurance and employee benefits for the
period 10/1/90 through 9/30/91.

liability, property, worker's compensation and flood insurance

North American Life Assurance Company for group life insurance and
accidental death and dismemberment at a cost of $.39 per $1,000
