NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council of Tamarac,
Florida, on Wednesday, December 19, 1990 at 1:30 P.M. in
Conference Room #1 of City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac,
Florida.
The purpose of this meeting concerns:
1. PUBLIC HYING on the proposed development of the
TAMARAC __SPORT_COMPLEX equipped play area and tot lot
and the submission of a Florida Recreation Development
Assistance Program Grant.
FINAL &QjION:
Discussion was held.
2. authorizing the
City Manager to apply for financial assistance from
Florida Department of Natural Resources for the
development of an equipped play area, tot lot and picnic
area at the TAMARAC SPORTS COMPLEX in the amount of
$50,000.00.
FIAL ACTION:
APPROVED
RESOLUTION R-90-271- PASSED
PUBLIC BARTICIPATION - Any member of the public may speak to any
issue which is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting.
Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at
public hearings. There will, be a thirty (30) minute aggregate
time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up
in advance with the City Clerk prior to their participation.
Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person
decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with
respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he
may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is based.
