The purpose of this meeting is as follows: 1. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION -- Any member of the public may speak to any issue which is on this meeting notice. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior 'to their participation. 2. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. #6263 authorizing the appropriate City officials to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage from Jehovah's Witnesses for the old City Hall located at 5811 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac. FINAL ACTION: RESOLUTION R-92-91-PASSED APPROVED 3. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION on overdue compensation adjustment for the Public Services Director. FINAL ACTION: TABLED for more information. 4. STAFF REPORT on proposed driving range. FINAL ACTION: City Manager gave staff report. 5. STAFF REPORT on reorganization of City departments. FINAL ACTION: City Manager gave staff report. 6. STAFF REPORT on towing franchise. FINAL ACTION : City Manager gave staff report. 7. STAFF REPORT on refinancing of bonds. FINAL ACTION: City Manager gave staff report. Reso. #6300 appointing 5 members to the SOCIAL SERVICES BOARD. FINAL ACTION: TABLED for Special Meeting. The City Council may consider and act upon such other busi- ness as may come before it.
