ANNOUNCEMENT of the percentage increase in the proposed millage rate over the rolled --back rate necessary to fund the General Budget for Fiscal Year 1993/94. FINAL ACTION; Announcement was made. The tentative General Fund budget of $18,503,980 is $1,203,613 greater than the current Budget of $17,300,367. Council has proposed to retain the current millage rate of 4.8293 mils which is a 1.36% increase over the rolled -back rate of 4.7645 mils. 2. RUBLIC HEARING on the final, millage rate for Fiscal Year 1993/94. Public Hearing was held. 3. PUBLIC HEARING on the final Budget for Fiscal Year 1993/94. FINAL ACTION• Public Hearing was held. 4. 4 adopting a final millage rate for Fiscal Year 1993/94. FINU ACTION RESOLUTION R-93-111-PASSED APPROVED the final millage rate as amended for Fiscal. Year 1993/94 of 4.8293 which is a 1.36% increase over the current rolled -back rate of 4.7645 mils and the overall millage rate increase including the debt service is .6%.
