There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council on
Friday, February 25, 1994, at 3:00 p.m., in Conference Room
#1 at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
The purpose of this meeting is as follows:
1. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Any member of the public may
speak to any issue which is on this meeting notice.
Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this
item. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time
limit for this item, and any speakers are encouraged to
sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to their
participation.
2. DISCUSSION AND POj% BLF,,,,AQL= to finalize negotiations
with Robert S. Noe, Jr.
FINAL ACTION:
Discussion was held.
3. MQTIONTO ADOPT Temn_ Reso. #6654 appointing Robert S.
Noe, Jr., as City Manager.
FINAL ACTION: RESOLUTION R-94-34-PASSED
APPROVED as amended.
4. authorizing signatures
for bank accounts at Sun Bank/South Florida, N.A.
FIKU ACTION: RESOLUTION R-94-35-PASSED
APPROVED
The City Council may consider and act upon such other business as may
come before it.
All meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be
revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City
Council meeting.
