ANNOUNCEMENT of the percentage increase in proposed millage rate over the rolled -back rate necessary to fund the General Fund budget for FY 95 and the specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. 2. PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed millage rate for FY 95. 3. PUBLIC HEARING on the tentative General Fund and other Fund budgets for FY 95. 4. MQIION TO ADOPT a proposed millage for FY 95. * 5. a. MOTION TO ADOPT a proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the five year period beginning with FY 95. 6. ANNOUNCEMENT of the second public hearing on Wednesday, September 28, 1994, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, during which a final millage and budget shall be adopted. The City Council may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. All meetings are open to the public.
