CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1994
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council on Monday, September 12, 1994, at
5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue,
Tamarac, Florida, to hold public hearings on the proposed millage and tentative budget
for FY 95.
1. ANNOUNCEMENT of the percentage increase in proposed millage rate over the
rolled -back rate necessary to fund the General Fund budget for FY 95 and the
specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased.
2. PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed millage rate for FY 95.
3. PUBLIC HEARING on the tentative General Fund and other Fund budgets
for FY 95.
4. MQIION TO ADOPT a proposed millage for FY 95.

5. b. MOTION TO ADOPT a proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the five
year period beginning with FY 95.
6. ANNOUNCEMENT of the second public hearing on Wednesday, September 28,
1994, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, during which a final
millage and budget shall be adopted.
The City Council may consider and act upon such other business as may come before
it.
All meetings are open to the public.
In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the
public at the City Council meeting.

properties for FY 95; Levying a tax for the payment of Principal and Interest for
bonded indebtedness.
5. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. #6840 making appropriations for FY 95
based on the Operating and Capital Improvement Budget estimate of revenues
and expenditures for each of the City's Funds.
