CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1994
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission on Wednesday, September 28,
1994, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Chambers at Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88
Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, to hold public hearings on the proposed millage and
tentative budget for FY 95.
1. N of the percentage increase in proposed millage rate over the
rolled -back rate necessary to fund the General Fund budget for FY 95 and the
specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased.

on the final millage rate for FY 95.

HEARING on the final General Fund and other Fund budgets for FY 95.
4. MOTION PT adopting the millage for the 1994 tax
roll; levying a tax for general operations on all properties for FY 95; and levying
a tax for the payment of principal and interest for bonded indebtedness.
5. MOTIQN TO ADOPT TemI2. Reso, 0840 making appropriations for FY 95
based on the operating and capital improvement budget estimate of revenues and
expenditures for each of the City's funds.

6. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Reso. #6841 adopting the Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for the five year period beginning with FY 95.
All meetings are open to the public.
In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the
public at the City Commission meeting.
