The Commission will take action on the following items: 1 PUBLIC E!ARTICIE!ATION- Any member of the public may speak to any issue which is on this meeting notice. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to their participation. 2. MOTION TO ADOPTm 2 declaring the results of the election of March 12, 1996, for City Commission District 1 and declaring Joseph Schreiber, running unopposed, as the Commission Representative for District 3. 3. MOTION TO ADOPT Temp. Res . #7351 declaring the results of the election of March 12, 1996, for Charter Board Member for District 2; declaring Gary Lavalle, running unopposed, as the Charter Board Member for District 1, and declaring Jay Siggins, running unopposed, as the Charter Board Member for District 4. 4.
