ANNOUNCEMENT of the percentage increase in proposed millage rate over the rolled -back rate necessary to fund the General Fund budget for FY 97 and the specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. 2. PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed millage rate for FY 97. 3. PUBLIC HEARING on the tentative General Fund and other Fund budgets for FY 97. 4. MOTION TQ ADOPT a proposed millage for FY 97. 5. MOTION TO ADQPT Temp. Ord. #17688 amending Chapter 22 of the Code providing for the consolidation of the East and West Utilities. 6. a. MOTION TO ADOPT a tentative General Fund and other Fund budgets for FY 97. b. MOTION TO ADOPT a proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the five year period beginning with FY 97. 7. ANNOUNCEMENT of the second public hearing during which a final millage and budget shall be adopted. The City Commission may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. All meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting. i" Carol A.
