The purpose of this meeting is that the City Attorney desires advice concerning litigation of Berkowitz v. City. CITY OF TAMARAC NOTICE OF ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.011(8) (1995), there will be an attorney -client session concerning Berkowitz vs. City of Tamarac, Case #92-17077, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 14, 1996, attended by Mayor Norman Abramowitz, Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin, Commissioner Bruce Hoffman, Commissioner John McKaye, Commissioner Joseph Schreiber, Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney, Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager, and Michael Burke, Special Counsel. The special meeting of the City Commission will be recessed for this session. These officials shall meet in private for approximately one hour. At the conclusion of the attorney -client session, the special City Commission meeting will be reconvened. Carol A. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
