CITY COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10, 1994
CALL TO ORDER:. Mayor Abramowitz called this meeting to order on
Wednesday, August 10, 1994 at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of City Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Norman Abramowitz
Vice Mayor Irving Katz
Councilwoman Sharon Machek
Councilman Larry Mishkin
Councilman Joseph Schreiber
ALSO PRESENT: Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager
Dina M. McDermott, Assistant City Manager
Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney
Stanley Hawthorne, Finance Director
Thelma Fagelbaum, Deputy Finance Director
Bruce Abrahams, Budget Officer
Karen Jackson, Secretary

Mr. Noe delivered his budget message to the Mayor and Council. Mr. Hawthorne
gave an overview of budget procedure.
The budgets were presented for the following departments:
Finance
- Stanley Hawthorne, Finance Director
Accounting
- Karen Willard, Comptroller
Budget Office
- Bruce Abrahams, Budget Officer
Customer Service
- Angie LoSasso, Billing Supervisor
Purchasing
- Sherry Bauer, Purchasing Officer
With no further business, Mayor Abramowitz ADJOURNED this meeting at 1:22
p.m.
