PUBLIC HEARING For the purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, a public hearing will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. with respect to the construction and equipping of manufacturing plantS and related offices and support facilities to be located at N.W. 67th Street at Nob Hill Road, Tamarac, City Commission Special Meeting 3/13/95/PP Page 2 and the proposed issuance of two series of Industrial development Revenue Bonds to finance such project. PUBLIC HEARING HELD T. Dean Dickson, Attorney representing Akerman, Senterfitt & Eidson, referenced the first Public Hearing, Sam Butters, Tamarac Business Center, and said today's Public Hearing covered both Bonds. He stated that the City was not responsible for interest or principal on the Bonds. Vice Mayor Katz opened and closed the public hearing with no discussion. 3. T ADOPT TemI2.
