12 CITY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY, JUNE 9, 1997
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Schreiber called the special meeting to order on Monday,
June 9, 1997, at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of Tamarac City Hall, 7525
Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
PRESENT:
Mayor Joe Schreiber
Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin
Commissioner John E. McKaye
Commissioner Karen L. Roberts
Commissioner Marc L. Sultanof
ALSO PRESENT:
Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager
Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney
Tim Hemstreet, Assistant to the City Manager
Patricia Marcurio, CMC, Assistant City Clerk

City Attorney Kraft advised that he needed direction regarding F&R Tamarac Ltd. vs.
City of Tamarac, Case #96-003485(13), and the workshop would commence afterward.
He advised that Mayor Schreiber, Vice Mayor Mishkin, Commissioners McKaye,
Roberts and Sultanof, City Manager Noe, he and Attorney Christine Duignan would
attend the Attorney -Client Session.
Mayor Schreiber recessed the special meeting at 9:02 a.m. and the special meeting
reconvened at 9:27 a.m. with everyone in attendance.
With no further discussion, Mayor Schreiber adjourned the special meeting at 9:28 a.m.
