Melanie Reynolds, resident, expressed her concern regarding the appointments being made to improper
names of the Boards and Committees according to the Charter. She said she does not feel these Charter
Ordinances are valid; therefore, the Council should not be appointing the Chairmen of the Boards and
Committees. She said she feels they should be appointed by the Boards and Committees themselves.
Ms. Reynolds expressed her concern regarding the list of the appointed Board and Committee members.
She requested the list show the date they were appointed rather than the Resolution which appointed
them.
