SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COMMISSION OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
MONDAY, OCTOBER 11, 1999
Mayor Schreiber called the Special Meeting of the City Commission to order on
Monday, October 11, 1999 at 12:15 p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Schreiber, Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin, Commissioner Portner,
Commissioner Marc L. Sultanof, and Commissioner Karen L. Roberts.
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Miller, City Attorney Kraft and City Clerk Gold.
1. TEMPORARY RESOLUTION #8772 appointing one (1) regular member to
the Code Enforcement Board to fill the unexpired term of Roland S. Denzer.
Commissioner Roberts seconded by Commissioner Portner moved approval of
Temporary Resolution #8772 appointing Irwin Richard Prager to the Code
Enforcement Board to fill the unexpired term of Roland S. Denzer. City Attorney
Kraft read Temporary Resolution #8772 by title. On roll call Commissioner Sultanof
voted "yes", Vice Mayor Mishkin "yes", Commissioner Roberts "yes", Commissioner
Portner "yes", and Mayor Schreiber "yes". Motion carried.
RESOLUTION NO. R99-256
There being no further business, Mayor Schreiber adjourned the Special Meeting at
12:14 P.M.
