CALL TO ORDEMayor Abramowitz called this meeting to order on Monday,
August 8, 1994 at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of City Hall.

10:28 a.m. with all present.
Mr. Kraft said Council has before them * and "Temp. Ord,
#6777. He said Temp. Ord. #6776, provides for a revision to Chapter 2, Article

10, regarding quasi-judicial proceedings and as a sub -issue on the quasi-
judicial proceedings, Temp. Ord. #6777, regarding Chapter 2, Article 11.
With no further business, Mayor Abramowitz ADJOURNED this meeting at 11:05
