CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1994
CALL 10 ORDEL Mayor Abramowitz called the meeting to order on
Friday, September 2, 1994, at 9:35 a.m. in the Conference Room #1 at
Tamarac City Hall, 7525 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.

City Attorney Kraft indicated that Gary I. Resnick, Director, Government &
Community Relations from Continental Cablevision was in the audience.
City Attorney Kraft stated that a lawsuit from Continental Cable was in
progress.
Discussion was held on proposed changes in the Ordinance.

Mayor Abramowitz said he was served with a SUMMONS at 10:21 a.m. and
he gave it to City Attorney Kraft.

Discussion was held on franchise agreements.

Mayor Abramowitz asked that the City get information relating to new
technology in Cable TV.
Mayor Abramowitz ADJOURNED the MEETING at 10:33 a.m.
