NOTICE OF WORKSHOP MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
There will be a Workshop Meeting of the City Council on
Thursday, March 9, 1989, at 10:00 A.M. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.

THUR SDAY , , MARCH 9, 1989
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Abramowitz called this meeting to Order on
Thursday, March 9, 1989 at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers.
PRESENT:
Mayor Norman Abramowitz
Councilman Bruce Hoffman
ABSENT AND EXCUSED:
Vice Mayor Jack Stelzer
Councilman Dr. H. Larry Bender
` Councilman Henry Rohr
ALSO PRESENT:
John P. Kelly, City Manager
Ray Briant, Fire Chief
Jim Budzinski, Fire Marshall
Pauline Walaszek, Special Services
Secretary
The Purpose of this meeting was to discuss the new Fire
Codes.
Mayor Abramowitz announced that C/M Bender and C/M Rohr
were at other meetings in Broward County and V/M Stelzer
was ill.
Mayor Abramowitz said because so few residents
are present, he would like to reschedule the meeting.
C/M Hoffman suggested that the four residents who were in
attendance meet with Fire Chief Briant and Fire Marshall
Budzinski after the meeting regarding the new Fire Codes.
Mayor Abramowitz thanked staff and the residents for
attending the meeting and he said he would send a
personal letter to each Condominium indicating the date
and time of the next Workshop meeting regarding the new
Fire Codes.
With no further business, Mayor Abramowitz ADJOURNED this
meeting at 10:10 A.M.
