Mr. Cross said he spoke to the Engineering Department and they will work
on the stalled dimension ordinance; it will include dimensions and numbers
that have just been reviewed. He also said that he will do the research
asked for and will give the information to Council so that the ordinance
can be put together within the next couple of weeks.
V/M Massaro discussed the fact that ordinances on parking should be
combined.
Mr. Birken stated that the ordinance on design standards has already been
prepared and Council has already seen it, but he is not sure what action
was taken; both ordinances can be passed at the same time.
C/M Disraelly said that if one ordinance is ready, why hold up the first
one to wait for the second.
Mr. Cross again stated that the Engineering Department is reviewing the
second ordinance.
Mr. Birken asked if it should be one package or one ordinance and Mayor
Falck indicated it should be one ordinance.
The Workshop Meeting was adjourned at 12:30 P.M.
