REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 25, 1981
CALL TO ORDER: Vice Mayor Disraelly called the meeting to order
on Wednesday, November 25, 1981 at 9:30 A.M. in the Council
Chambers.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT:Vice Mayor Irving Disraelly
Councilman Irving Zemel
Councilman Philip Kravitz
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager, Laura Stuurmans
City Attorney, Arthur Birken
Asst.City C1erk,Carol A. Evan
ABSENT A14D EXCUSED: Councilwoman Helen Massaro
Mayor Walter W. Falck
MEDITATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGATICE: Vice Mayor Disraelly called for
a Moment of Silent Meditation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Vice Mayor Disraelly opened the Meeting of November 25, 1981.
The Vice Mayor explained that on the Agenda it was printed for
everyone's information that the Council meeting would be recessed
until 9:30 A.M. on Monday, November 30, 1981.
C/M Zemel MOVED to RECESS the Council Meeting until Monday,
November 30, 1981 at 9.30 A.M.
C/M Kravitz SECO14DED the Motion.
VOTE: ALL VOTED AYE
The meeting was RECESSED to 9:30 A.M. November 30, 1981.
