RECESSED MEETING
CITY COUNCIL
TAMARAC, FLORIDA
Because of the holiday schedule in November, the following
change will be made with regard to the November 26th, 1980
Council Meeting.
The day before Thanksgiving, the Meeting will be opened
and recessed by the Vice Mayor due to the absence of the
Mayor. The Meeting will reconvene on Tuesday, December 2,
1980.
The City Hall will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday
Thursday November 27 and Friday, November 28.
Council may consider such other business as may come before
it.
The Public is invited to attend.
Pursuant to Chapter 80-150 of Florida Law, Senate Bill 368:
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City
Council with respect to any matter considered at such Meeting
he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose,
he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon
which the appeal is to be based.

REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 26, 1980
CALL TO ORDER: Vice Mayor Massaro called the meeting to order on
Wednesday, November 26,-1980 at 9:30 A.M., in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Vice Mayor Helen Massaro
Councilman Irving M. Disraelly
Councilwoman Marjorie Kelch
ABSENT AND EXCUSED:
Councilman Irving Zemel
Mayor Walter W. Falck
Vice Mayor Massaro opened the Meeting of November 26, 1980. The Vice
Mayor explained that on the Agenda it was printed for everyone's infor-
mation that the Council Meeting would be recessed until 9:30 A.M. on
December 2, 1980. Further, the Vice Mayor noted it is the prerogative
of Council inasmuch as they do have a quorum to honor the request, she
would be open for a Motion to recess.
Councilman Disraelly MOVED to RECESS the Council Meeting until Wednesday,
December 2, 1980 at 9:30 A.M.
Councilwoman Kelch SECONDED the Motion.
VOTE: ALL VOTED AYE.
The MEETING WAS RECESSED to 9:30 A.M. December 2, 1980.
