The Council will take action on the following items: 1. Charter Amendments -Election Results -Temp. Reso. #4040 - Discussion and possible action to 3eclare the results of the voting for Amendments to Sections 4.12, 4.13, 7.08(a), 7.08(c), 8.02(a), 8.02 (b) and 12.02 of the Charter. 2. Capital Expenditures -Election Results -Temp. Reso. #4041 - Discussion an possible action to declare the results of the voting on Capital Expenditures Nos. 1 through 2 and 3. 3. Charter Board Members -Election Results -Temp. Reso. #4042 -- Discussion and possible action to declare the results of the voting for Charter Board members District 2, District 4 and At -Large member. 4. SYNOPSIS OF ACTION: The City Clerk presented the Certificates of Election. Marilyn Bertholf, City Clerk, read the Certificate of Election into the record and then presented same to: Bernard Hart - Mayor Jack Stelzer - Councilman - District 2 Sidney M. Stein -- Councilman -- District 4 Sol Robinson - Charter Board - District 2 Michael Moss - Charter Board - District 4 Irving Weber - Charter Board - At Large 6. Oath of Office administered to the new City Council and Charter Board members by Larry Perretti, City Manager. Mr. Ruf read T m . Reso #4045 by title. Mr. Ruf noted that Section 1 indicates that Mayor Bernard Hart and the City Manager, Larry Perretti, are required to authorize signatures to transact banking business. He said in the absence of the Mayor there needs to be a first and second alternate signatory. V/M Stein MOVED APPROVAL of Temp. Reso._#4.045 inserting in Section 1 the names of Sydney M. Stein as first alternate signatory and Jack Stelzer as second alternate signatory. C/M Stelzer SECONDED. UTE. ALL YQTED AYE Ron Catronio, resident, presented Mayor Hart and Council with a plaque. Mayor Hart adjourned the meeting at 10:35 A.M.
