NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
TAMARAC, FLORIDA
June 10, 1986
be a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, June
at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, at City Hall,
88th Avenue, Tamarac.
The purpose of this meeting is discussion and possible action
on the following:
UtilitiesWest- B nd Issu -
a. Report on sale of the bonds.
b. Tem . Res. . #4168- A Resolution providing for the
issuance of water and sewer utility revenue bonds,
Series 1986, of the City, awarding the bonds to the
underwriter, setting the bond terms, approving bond
form, providing for the amount of the bonds, author-
izing the execution, delivery and distribution of a
preliminary and final statement, authorizing the
execution and delivery of closing documents.
FINAL .ACTION: TABLED to
6 11 meeting.
The City Council may consider and act upon such other busi-
ness as may come before it.
The public is invited to attend.

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
June 10, 1986
CAN. TO ORDER: Mayor Hart called the meeting to order at
4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 1986 in the Council Chambers of
City Hall.

$YNOPSIS OF, ACTION: TABLED
to the 6/11 meeting.
Mayor Hart read TEMP. E 0. #4168 by title.
C/W Massaro asked if the Resolution stated selling the bonds to
the underwriter.
Bryant Applegate recommended that any questions be directed to
the bond Council.
C/W Massaro explained that if the bonds were going to be sold to
the Underwriter at an 8.37-1/2% rate, that would be undesirable.
C/M Stelzer mentioned that Council does not have all the
information needed to conduct the meeting properly and MOVED to
TABLE the item until the 6/11 Council meeting.
C/W Massaro asked if the Underwriters will be at the
6/11 meeting. Mayor Hart replied that they will.
C/W Massaro mentioned that the bonds were on the open market for
8-1/8% and the Underwriter would take the bonds for 8.27-1/2%
she would have strong objection to that happening and she would
prefer the Underwriter to be present for discussion. C/W
Massaro SECONDED the MOTION.

With no further discussions, Mayor Hart adjourned the meeting at
4:05 p.m.
