The purpose of this Meeting is to hold the Second Reading, Public Hearing on: Utility Regulations .= Temp. Ord. #791 - Discussion and possible actigxf to amend Sections 51 and 52 of Ordinance 80-35 and Sections 2 and 4 of Ordinance 80-66, relating`to contribution charges and guaranteed revenue provisions. Second Reading. Council may consider such other business as may come before it. All interested citizens are invited to attend. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1) Utility Regulations - Tem . Ord. #791 - Discussion and possible action to amend Sections 51 and 52 of Ordinance 80-35 and Sections 2 and 4 of Ordinance 80-66, relating to contribution charges and guaranteed revenue provisions. Second reading. 2) State Le islation - "Trim Bill" -- Report, discussion and possible action concerning the effects as they relate to Municipal tax adoption procedures. 3) Concord Village I - Discussion and possible action on a endum to water and sewer developer's agreement. 4) Northwood II - Discussion and possible action on addendum to water and sewer developer's agreement. 5) S ring Lake II - Discussion and possible action on addendum to water and sewer developer's agreement. 6) Woodmont - Tracts 68 and 77 - Discussion and possible action to authorize the Chief Building Official to issue a permit for Building #1 prior to plat recordation. 7) Woodmont - Tracts 74 and 75 - Discussion and possible action on: a) Site Plan b) Plat - Temp. Reso. #1723 c) Water and Sewer Developer's Agreement 8) Greenbrier - Discussion and possible action on the waiver of building permit fees under court order settlement (agendized by City Manager). 9),Century National Bank of Broward - Tamarac Branch - Discussion and possible action on water and sewer developer's agreement (agendized by City Attorney). 10) Muller, Mintz, Kornreich, Caldwell & Case - Special Attorneys - 0 -$245.32 - Approval recommended by City Attorney. (agendized by City Manager) 11) Isles of Tamarac - Discussion and possible action on reduction of warranty bond posted for corrective work. Evans Assistant City Clerk CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 5, 1980 CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Falck called the meeting to order on Tuesday, August 5, 1980, at 9:00 A.M., in the Council Chambers. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Walter W. Falck Councilman Irving M. Disraelly ALSO PRESENT: Ass't. City Clerk, Carol Evans Clerk/Steno., Mimi Reiter ABSENT & EXCUSED: Vice -Mayor Helen Massaro Councilwoman Marjorie Kelch Councilman Irving Zemel Mayor Falck advised that Mrs. Zemel contacted him, and indicated that Mr. Zemel had severe chest pains, and could not be in attendance this day.
