The purpose of this Special Meeting was regarding:
MOTION TO APPROVE Temp. Reso. #4332 concerning a salary plan for Confi-
dential, Supervisory and Executive/,Ianagerial City employees.
SYNOPSIS OF ACTION:
APPROVED.
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-336 - PASSED
Larry Perretti, Personnel Director, said after discussion with the City
Manager, he recommended the Confidential, Supervisory and Ex,acutive/
Managerial employees ruueive a percentage increase of 4%, effective
October 1, 1937. He said the personal days for employees used to by
,affective on their anniversary date; however, Resolution #4832 would
allow the employees to tak.:� their anniversay days at the beginning of
the Fiscal Year until the nd of the Fiscal Year. Ham said all th:2
previous ben --fits would remain the same.
Mayor liart asked if this contract was the same as the others.
Larry Perretti said FOP and IAFF will receive a 4% increase on October
1, 1937 and a 30 on April 1, 1933. lie said there had been discussions
recently regarding the proposal that would be proposed to the Feder-
ation.
Attorney Doody read Temp. Reso. #4802 by title.

C/A Stelzer said Section 1 should read as follows:
