AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
CITY OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
TO EXECUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR WATER AND
SEWER SERVICE WITH BROWARD COUNTY FLORIDA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the revised Service Agreement
for water and sewer service with Broward County, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set forth in
full herein.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance Number 3-69 passed by the
City Council on three readings on December 17, 1968, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That the subject matter of this Ordinance
being an emergency, and the Council having voted unanimously,
passing the same on first, second and third readings at the
-s.e meeting.
PASSED FIRST READING on the 20th day of December, 1968.
PASSED SECOND READING on the 20th day of December, 1968.
PASSED THIRD READING on the 20th day of December, 1968.
