AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ORIGINAL ZONING OF
CERTAIN LANDS LYING IN SECTIONS 11 AND 13, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, TO C-1 DISTRICT
(COMMERCIAL DISTRICT) AS PROVIDED IN THE ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the Ci

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the lands more fully described in that
certain legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A are hereby
oridinally zoned to the classification of C-1 District (Commercial
District) as provided for in the Ordinances of the City of Tamarac,
Broward County, Florida. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to mark the zoning provided for herein on the Official
Zoning Map of said City.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder
hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared
to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

EXHIBIT A.
The West One -Half (WI/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 41 East; and,
A portion of Tract 4, of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUB-
DIVISION, Section 13, Township 49 South, Range 41 East,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows;
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 13; thence
Southerly 00 13' oo" - East, along the West lame thereof,

50 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description;
