AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ORIGINAL ZONING OF
CERTAIN LANDS LYING IN SECTIO"7S 9, 10, 11, 12, 13
AND 14, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD
COINTY, FLORIDA, AS MORE PART7.CULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN. TO R-1 DISTRICT (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES),
R-2 DISTRICT (MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT). AiTD C-1
DISTRICT (COMMI.,IZCIAL DISTRICT) AS PROVIDED TN T11F
ORDINANCES OF THE, CITY OF TAMARAC , BROWARD COUNTY,

FLORIDA; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been gi�ren in
accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of a pub --
lice hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein
and such public hearing has been held in accordance with said
notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has
been, heard; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC-
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.: That the lands as shown on that certain
chap attached hereto as Exhibit A, which map is, by reference, in-
corporated herein in full, are hereby zoned to the classifications
of R-1 (Single Family Residences), R-2 (Multiple Family Distract)
and C-1 (Commercial District) Districts, as shown on said map, as
said districts are provided for in the Ordinances of the City of
Tamarac, Broward County, Florida. The City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to mark the ioninf provided for herein on the
Official Zoning Map of said City. -
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remain --
der hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part
declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
