HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity of Tamarac Ordinance O-1969-009i ORDINANCE NO. 9-69 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2-69 TO PROVIDE A SCHEDULE OF BUILDING PERMIT FEES; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY.THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance 2-69 of the City of Tamarac, Florida, is amended to adopt the schedule of permit fees attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein. SECTION 2: Should any .section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. PASSED FIRST READING this 15th day of January, 1969.
