AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC TO ANNEX CERTAIN t LANDS CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES THEREOF. WHEREAS, the hereinafter described tracts of land are contiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Tamarac; and, WHEREAS, said tract, of land contains less than 10 registered voters; and, WHEREAS, the owner of said tract of land has petitioned the City of Tamarac to integrate said land into said City; and, • WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is empowered to annex said land; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: The Council hereby declares its intention to annex the herein described tractsto the City at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the approval of this ordinance, to wit: 'A portion of Tracts 1, 2 and 8 of Section 9, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, and a portion of Tracts 12, 13 and 20 of Section 3, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, together with a portion of Tracts 4 and 5 of Section 10, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, all as shown on the plat of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described on that certain "description", prepared by Davis and Craven, Inc., dated August 25, 1969, containing two pages, said description being attached hereto i J ORDINANCE N0. 69-21 (Continued) and made a part hereof the same as if it were set forth in full herein and identified as Exhibit A." 11PA5 SECTION 2: This ordinance shall become in full force and effect immediately upon its final passage.
