WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, Public Notice has been given in accordance with the applicable • law of the time and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the property described herein, and said public hearing has been held in accordance with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be, and has been heard; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the lands as shown on that cer- tain legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein and identified as Exhibit A, are hereby zoned C-1 (Commercial District), as Districts are provided for in the Ordinances of the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to mark the Zoning Map ORDINANCE NO '� (Coriinued) -2- provided for herein on the Official Zoning Map of said City. SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a court of competent juris- diction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof, other than the partiD be declared invalid.
