AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC TO ANNEX CERTAIN
LANDS CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUND-
ARIES THEREOF.

FOR] LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described tract of land
is contiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Tam-
arac; and
WHEREAS, said tract of land contains less than
ten (10) registered voters; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said tract of land has
petitioned the City of Tamarac to integrate said land into

WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is empowered to
annex said land; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:'
SECTION 1: The Council hereby declares its in- ..
tention to annex the herein described tract to the City at rn
the expiration of thirty (30) days from the approval of
this Ordinance, to -wit:
A portion of Section 8, Township 49 South,
Range 41 East, of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK
FARMS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page;T;
31, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, being more particularly described C.)

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall become in full
force and effect immediately upon its final passage.

three readings at one meeting of the Council.

FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4:, Page 31, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 8; thence N-
Oo 01' 37" - W, along the east line thereof, 1320 feet to the
Point of Beginning of this description; thence continue N-Oo
01' 37" - W, along the last described line, 1.320 feet to a
point; thence N-880 59' 06" - W, 5277.90 feet to a point on
