AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING, FOR THE ORIGINAL 'ZONING
OF CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTIONS 3, 8, 9 and. 10,
TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWA.R.D COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN
TO R--2 and C-1 RESPECTTVELY: PROVIDING A. SAVING
CLAUSE: REPEALING ALL ORDTNA.NC.ES IN CONFLICT: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida., Public Notice has
been given in accordance with the applicable law of the time
and place of public hearing regarding the zoning of the
property described herein, and. said public hearing; has been
held, in accordance with the notice and the public has been
given an opportunity to be, and. has been heard; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE,; CITY OF TAMAR.AC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the lands as shown on that certain
legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof as
set forth in full herein and identified as Exhibit A, are
hereby zoned to the following zoning districts as provided for
In the Ordinance of the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida.
The advertised. description of the lands particularly described
on. Exhibit A are as follows:
A. To R-2: Section A of Exhibit A.
B. To C-1: aectinn B of Exhibit A
ORDINANCE NO. _69-33
0 The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to mark the Zoning Map provided for herein on the Official
Zoning Map of said City.
SECTTON 2: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion. thereof, or any pa.ragra.ph, sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalir', such derision shall not affect the validity of
the remainder hereof, other than the part to be declared.
