ORDINANCE NO. 31 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING FIVE MEMBERS TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC UNDER CERTAIN TERMS AND
CONDITIONS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac is
empowered through Section 5.01 of Ordinance 1-64 to appoint
five (5) members to the Planning and Zoning Board; said
members to serve, without compensation, at the pleasure of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the qualifications
of the undersigned individuals and deems them well qualified
to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Tamarac
for an indefinite term; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons be and they
are hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Tamarac to serve without compensation at the pleasure
of the Council:
1.
William Finck
2.
Clifford Baxter
3.
Richard C. Wallace
4.
Joseph Taylor
5.
Julius Aisopp
SECTION 2: Said Board shall meet and select a
chairman and a secretary; said chairman shall be charged
with the responsibility of calling and conducting the meetings
and the secretary shall have the responsibility of keeping
written minutes of the proceedings and shall, within seven (7)
days from a meeting, submit said minutes to the City Adminis-
tration.

SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the
part declared to be invalid.

SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
