AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1-64
(GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE); ESTABLISHING
ADDITIONAL TWENTY-FIVE FOOT (25') FRONT
SET -BACK REQUIREMENT ON PROPERTY WITHIN
AND BETWEEN STATE ROAD N0. 7 AND SUNSHINE
STATE PARKWAY ON COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 4.02 of Ordinance No.
1-64 is amended to include a new sub -section D to read as
follows:
0 Section 4.02 Set -back and height requirements.
(d) All C-1 and C-2 zoned property on either side
of Commercial Boulevard between State Road No. 7 (Highway
441) and the Sunshine State Parkway shall have, in addition
to the front set -back required above, an additional twenty-
five foot (25') front set -back.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the re-
mainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
