AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 9-69
PROVIDING A SCHEDULE OF BUILDING PERMIT
FEES; INCREASING CERTAIN FEES; ESTABLISH-
ING ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 9-69 of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, be and it is expressly hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That the Building Department of the City
of Tamarac be and it is hereby instructed to collect the follow-
ing fees established for the obtaining of certain structural,
plumbing, electrical, zoning and various other permits required
to be issued prior to initiation of construction, development
or other improvements; said fee schedule attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein and identified
as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the
part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

ORDINANCE # �i 7
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 70-11.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 70-11 established an ad-
ditional twenty --five (25) foot set back requirement on Commercial
Boulevard between State Road Number Seven and the Sunshine State
Parkway, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City
Council that a portion of this property is going to be used for
the expansion of the State Road and Highway System, and
WHEREAS, the City Council no longer deems it necessary
nor in the best interest of the public to continue the require-
ments of Ordinance Number 70-11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the
City of Tamarac, Florida, that Ordinance Number 70-11 be and it
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
