AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 70-25
BY AMENDING SECTION ONE THEREOF; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PRO-
VIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
rephrase the language of Section One of Ordinance Number
70-25to state more clearly its intent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 1: That Section One (1) of Ordinance
Number 70-25is hereby amended to read as follows:

A. No person, firm, or corporation shall
stop, stand, or park any vehicle of
whatsoever nature, upon any lawns or
other landscaped areas that are ser-
viced by underground water sprinkler
systems.
B. No person, firm, or corporation shall ei_.
ther allow or permit the stopping, stand-
ing, or parking of any vehicle of whatso-
ever nature, upon any lawns or other land-
scaped areas that are serviced by underground
water sprinkler systems.
SECTION 2: All other parts of Ordinance Number 70-25
are hereby left intact and not repealed.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.

SECTION 4: should any Section or provision of
this Ordinance or any portion hereof, or any paragraphs,
sentence or word be declared by a Court of competent juris-
diction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part
hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
